a close co-worker is getting married in a few weeks. Her wedding itself is a very upscale black tie affair, which none of us are invited to (thank goodness, actually), but we are having a bridal shower for her anyway. She loves the color red, which will be the featured color at the wedding. Her wedding cake is actually a red velvet cake and even the icing is red! In keeping with that theme, I want to do something red for the dessert at the shower, but NOT red velvet cake. The only other red desserts I know would be berries and jello. I'm hoping for some other ideas.
And please remember - for those who have already answered - she is havng red velvet cake at the wedding, so don't want it for the shower!
